ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
Colégio João Paulo I, located in the south of Porto Alegre, has more than 25 years of history and 800 students. It is committed to educational training that is characterized by intentionality, systematization and organization of teaching content.
THE CHALLENGE
The school registration process caused discomfort for parents, with queues and complications at the office. The lack of a digital space for extracurricular activities forced parents to call the school in search of available times, making the process laborious and inefficient.

Methodology used

During the project phases, our main objective was to build an intuitive enrollment portal, where all processes, payments and demands from students' parents could be met in a single place. And to achieve this goal, we use the Double Diamond methodology. This methodology is made up of four phases that together seek to deliver a solution to be implemented for a specific problem.
After an analysis process, we found points of attention on 5 main fronts:

Analog enrollment process requires a lot of effort.

Problems with overlapping schedules.

Generate incentives for hiring extracurricular activities.

Usability issues of the current platform.

THE PROCESS

Functionalities

We built a solution that has a large number of features and that meets three profiles: responsible, administrator and partner. After this construction, the next step is the implementation and execution of the other phases defined for the product.

Marketplace for extracurricular activities integrated with the enrollment system

Construction of an intuitive enrollment management platform for the school secretary.

Integration of the platform with payment gateway.

Fully personalized web platform for the enrollment and re-enrollment process for responsible.
